This is a place to organize and share thoughts, ideas, photos, developments against the petition that was selectively "circulated" and quietly filed to ban personal watercraft and "disturbing" wakes on Holland Pond, VT.
Update: On July 16, 2008 Gary Leavens withdrew the petition and on July 22, 2008 the Water Resources Panel voted to withdraw the proposed Use of Public Waters Rules and cancel the public hearing for Holland Pond.
